Opera and Cheerleaders

The rehearsal hall for the Livermore Valley Opera is at the studios of LAPA, (it stand for Livermore Performing Arts something) which is a dance studio. Next door to LAPA is the Colony Cheer Gym.

Today, during one of our rehearsals was some kind of cheer camp.

It was weird to finish a number and all of a sudden you hear applause of the "You go girl!" variety though the thin walls of our rehearsal hall. Actually it was very funny, I think I made a few giggly entrances today.

Also, the guy playing Alfredo was here today, he's also doing an opera out at West Bay and is not here alot. It's just wierd to actually do the blocking with an actual Alfredo as opposed to the one in my mind.
