Just what the Blogosphere needs...

...Another politican blogging.

Chris Daly, a(n outspoken) member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors has launched his own blog. Problem is, it's with SF government resources using the San Francisco government website as its host. All of the graphics, blog engine and stuff was probably created by an IT guy while on the city's clock.

Dude, everd heard of Blogger, Typepad, Livejournal or even Myspace? Sooner of later you're going to get into trouble with that blog, especially during campaign season.

At least Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown had the good sense not to use city resources in his blog.

San Francisco has a massive budget defecit right now and they're spending resources on a blog, especially when Mr. Daly can get his own for free. He's probably going to catch some flak for this but he'll just blame it on the "special interests."
